Turnaround Time for custom orders is 2-4 weeks. If you have requested a change to a design, or a custom fabric choice, the turnaround may be a little longer, but you will receive a confirmed ship-by date within one week of placing/finalizing your order.

If, once you have received your purchase, you are in any way unhappy with it, I will do my best to repair, replace, or refund your purchase.

Because this is a WAHM venture, my children and family have to be priority #1; sometimes it may be necessary for me to put the needs of my children and family above the needs of my business. If this should happen and your order will not ship on time, I will give you the option of accepting a refund or receiving your product late at a discounted price.
